Good -
The staff were very caring and friendly and knowledgeable and helpful.
Improved -
More phone calls to see how you are doing and check you're ok and more visits more often to check how you are doing and to see if you are ok and spend more time just talking to you about things.

Can't think of any improvements as all the care received has been 100%. Such thoughtful and caring people who give you confidence in all they do. Wish there were more like them. Hard to find these days.

My palliative nurse is very good and helpful.
Some of the district nurses are better than others.
I have had one or two visit me that didn't have a clue what they was there to do or how to do it and my husband has had to do it while they watched also when we have called the office to ask what nurse is due out to bring certain things with them, they have still come without what I need.

All staff was extremely helpful especially Ellen, Sarah, Brenda, Barbara, Abbey, Lauren and Helen there were many more, but cannot remember their names. There was a lovely Chinese lady also was very helpful. All these ladies were very helpful and very professional 100%.

Difficult to find anything that isn't good about the care I received. Wonderful caring staff who take care of your very need.
Couldn't find better anywhere. They're all angels.

The quality of the care was second to none. Rebecca was exceptional. We were involved every step of the way and we were very assured and it felt good being listened to and would recommend your care to others keep up the good work.
My dad attended day hospice. He had home visits booked.
